Overview

AGNT agents connect to HubSpot for lead qualification, follow-up sequences, pipeline management, and deal tracking. Every inbound message becomes a scored lead with next-step recommendations.

The agent monitors pipeline stages, nudges stale deals, logs conversation context as CRM notes, and triggers workflows when deals move — turning WhatsApp threads into structured sales data without manual CRM entry.

The planned integration uses HubSpot's CRM API v3 to sync contacts, companies, deals, and engagement events bidirectionally with AGNT's conversation history.

How it works

AGNT syncs contacts and deals with HubSpot via the CRM API, logging conversation events as engagements and triggering HubSpot workflows on pipeline changes.
