Slack receives AGNT's operational alerts — health check failures, error spikes, booking anomalies, and deployment notifications. The ALERT_WEBHOOK_URL configuration routes critical events to a dedicated Slack channel.
A planned expansion would let venue operators receive booking notifications and customer messages in a dedicated Slack channel, bridging AGNT's agent conversations into the workspace tools venue staff already use.
How it works
