AGNT sends and receives text, images, and interactive messages through the 360Dialog API. OTP verification, booking confirmations, and daily food diary summaries all flow through WhatsApp templates approved by Meta.
The integration handles rate limiting, message deduplication, and retry logic through AGNT's send queue, ensuring reliable delivery even during traffic spikes.
How it works
