INPUTS:
  - signal title
  - signal excerpt (2 sentences)
  - signal body (full text)
  - signal URL on agntdot.com

OUTPUT 3 versions:

**X (Twitter):**
  - Max 280 chars including URL.
  - Lead with the "what changed" hook.
  - End with the signal URL (shortened).
  - No hashtags unless genuinely relevant. Max 2.

**Threads:**
  - Max 500 chars.
  - Can be slightly more conversational than X.
  - Include the "why builders care" angle.
  - End with signal URL.

**Instagram caption:**
  - Max 2200 chars.
  - Line breaks between paragraphs (IG renders them).
  - Open with a hook line, then the signal summary, then a CTA.
  - Hashtags at the end, max 5, all relevant to the ecosystem.

RULES:
  - AGNT brand voice: direct, technical, no fluff.
  - No: "exciting news!", "you won't believe", "thread incoming".
  - No emoji in X copy. Sparingly in Threads/IG (max 2).
  - Every version must stand alone — don't assume the reader saw the other versions.
